About Mighty Map 2.0

In 1994 I was a broker working on commercial/industrial deals in the outer boroughs. Naturally, like many brokers, I am not the best organizer and my listing books were chronically in disarray. I hated sitting there, tearing sheets of paper out of my loose leaf. I hated the lack of organization that a loose leaf and notebook had to offer.

There had to be a better way to manage my real-estate data. During the next decade I toyed with a multitude of solutions. My efforts consistently failed until I understood that my data needed to be organized like my minds eye walking up and down a street, copying down building directories, and walking through buildings knocking on doors. At that moment I had the understanding that for a real-estate tool to really work it would have to be map based and interactive.

Since 1999 I have worked to organize myself as an army of one and now that I have accomplished my dream I want to offer it out to the public. My product Mighty Map organizes all the information you need to effectively navigate New York City real estate. I no longer keep paper information around and I am far more productive than I was before because every piece of information is accessible by a mouse click.
